It's October Already?

Bob & I took a vacation the beginning of September to for 2 weeks to the Hamilton/Toronto area. While there we watched the Blue Jays lose 2 and win one, stayed with my very good friend, visited with more, took in the sites and walked as much as possible. While in Toronto for 5 days, I don't think we walked less than 12 km a day. The weather was great and the sights were amazing. My favorite picture is this one Bob took while on Toronto's Central Island. Amazing isn't it?

While in Hamilton, I had a few chances to go to my favorite store Bra Makers Supply on Ottawa Street. What a place. The colours, the fabrics and the findings.

When we came home, we had to turn around and head for east central Alberta to attend Bob's uncle's funeral. After the funeral we stayed for the the weekend and visited with a number of friends we knew while growing up. I ended up with 5 bras to draft and sew for a few of them.

This is how I spent my last week of September. Ready for fit test Thanksgiving Weekend.
